Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely love the deluxe rooms, but the weak Wi-Fi signal made it difficult for my exam preparation. The hotel is definitely worth your money, especially for families with small kids who enjoy balconies with glass doors.
The hotel has clean and new rooms, but they may feel small for a family with small kids. The balcony door is made of glass, which can allow outside visibility. The rooms, though fairly small with frosted glass doors between the bathroom and the rest, were clean and new. However, there was a stale smell as if the room had been unoccupied for a long time.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms are on the smaller side, especially for families with small kids, but some have the benefit of a balcony door made of glass. The service was extremely polite and nice, providing warm greetings and showing genuine concern for our happiness and needs, although there was an issue with a leak in the ceiling. The location in Cheras is convenient, close to Leisure Mall and various food and train options, but being near a busy highway can be noisy, especially during midnight motor races. The dining experience offered the freshest fish, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel is conveniently located in Cheras near Leisure Mall, offering a variety of local food choices nearby. The rooms are comfortable with essential amenities, but noise disturbances can be a downside. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good advice and assistance, yet some maintenance issues like ceiling leaks may affect the overall experience.
The hotel is conveniently located near a busy highway with easy access and close to the city center. The rooms are a bit dusty but come equipped with all necessary amenities, though they might feel a bit small for larger luggage. The service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, even addressing noise concerns promptly. However, the noise from the surrounding area, including late-night motor races, can be quite disturbing. The facilities are decent overall.
The hotel had a weak internet connection in some rooms and a stale smell suggesting lack of recent occupancy. The rooms were small in some areas. The service was exceptional, especially during a check-in issue that was promptly resolved. The location was strategic, close to a busy highway which didn't disturb my stay. The dining area offered crisp salads. While the hotel was near a metro station, the noise from a midnight motor race was quite annoying. Overall, a mixed experience with room and connectivity issues, but excellent service and convenient location.
The hotel is conveniently located near various dining options and key facilities yet suffers from noise disturbances due to its proximity to a busy highway. The rooms are generally well-maintained and comfortable, but families may find them a bit small with some privacy concerns from see-through balcony doors. The service is friendly and accommodating despite some room discrepancies, making it a decent value for money choice.
The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is very friendly. However, the rooms are small and lack space to move around, and the balcony doors are transparent, making it less suitable for families with small children. The service is pleasant and worth the price paid, despite some room expectations not being met. The location is convenient, but noise from the surroundings, especially from the nearby main road, might be a downside for light sleepers. I didn't try the dining options during my stay. The facilities are adequate, though nothing extraordinary.
The hotel's rooms were not as spacious as expected and felt crowded, but considering the price paid, it was worth it despite some smelly aspects. The service provided was remarkably warm and helpful, especially during a check-in issue that was quickly resolved. The location was super convenient with easy access to various places and near plenty of local eateries by the metro station.
The hotel has a nice and comfortable room but can feel cramped with medium to big luggage. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak, making it challenging for exam study preparations, although the staff are polite and helpful. The location is convenient for travel but may have some noise from the surroundings.
